About Us

The idea for our sustainable fashion brand arose from the desire to visibly and permanently convey feminist values and anti-discrimination to the world. We wanted more than just flyers or temporary campaigns—we wanted something lasting, present in everyday life, and conveying clear messages.
As a group of friends who have been standing together for feminism and against discrimination for years, we founded Equal Rebels. Our vision was clear: to create a brand that offers high-quality, long-lasting, and sustainable fashion while taking a loud and visible stand against injustice.
Since our founding, we've collaborated with activists , influencers , and sustainable suppliers to create ethical and eco-friendly clothing. In early 2023, we proudly launched our online shop and blog and are excited to inspire new people every day with our designs and messages.
Equal Rebels isn't just fashion—it's a movement for a feminist, anti-racist, and more just society. Together with you, we're committed to sustainable change. Thank you for being part of this movement!
Equal Rebels was founded to make feminist values visible – courageously, loudly, and confidently. But we know: Anyone who says feminism must also live anti-racism and take a clear stand against right-wing hate speech like that of the AfD. Especially now, when right-wing forces are gaining strength and fundamental democratic values are under threat, we will not remain silent.
Our last fundraising campaign with "Pikes Against Rights" and the donations from every order were a huge success: Together with you, we were able to raise an incredible amount of over €1,000 and donate it to " Women Helping Women " and " Women for Women ." Thank you so much; this wouldn't have been possible without your help!
We want to regularly support new organizations. Therefore, the organization we support is now rotating. With our current fundraising campaign (as of April 2025), we are collecting donations for Mosaik Leipzig eV – an association that specifically supports and empowers queer people, people experiencing racism, and migrants in Leipzig. Mosaik eV offers safe spaces, psychosocial counseling, workshops, and anti-racist educational work to promote empowerment and self-determination. This work is essential, especially in times of rising right-wing violence and social division. We hope to be able to make a valuable contribution together with you.

We donate €1 from every order to non-profit organizations that support women and combat discrimination. This year, we're supporting the women's shelter Frauen für Frauen eV Leipzig . The remainder is used to finance our employees, designers, and our products, which, due to the certifications, are considerably more expensive to purchase than conventional textiles.
Yes, at Equal Rebels we use sustainable materials for our products. Our textiles are sustainably certified and fairly traded.
