I. General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Basic Provisions

(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you conclude with us as the provider (Lauin Sarbast Shaker) via the website equalrebels.com. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions you may have used is hereby objected to.

(2) A consumer within the meaning of the following provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of its independent professional or commercial activity when concluding a legal transaction.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract

(1) The subject of the contract is the sale of goods.

(2) By placing the respective product on our website, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract under the conditions specified in the item description via the online shopping cart system.

(3) The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows: The goods intended for purchase are placed in the "shopping cart." Via the corresponding button in the navigation bar, you can call up the "shopping cart" and make changes there at any time.

After clicking the "Checkout" or "Proceed to Order" button and entering the required personal information as well as payment and shipping terms, the order data is displayed again as an order overview.

If you use an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal (Express/Plus/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay), you will either be directed to the order overview page on our online shop or to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.

If redirected to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selection or input of your data. Finally, you will be shown the order data again as an order overview either on the website of the payment system provider or after being redirected back to our online shop.

Before submitting the order, you have the opportunity to check all information in the order overview again, change it (also via the "back" function of the internet browser), or cancel the order.

By submitting the order via the corresponding button ("place binding order," "buy now," "pay now" or similar designation), you declare your legally binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the contract is concluded.

(4) The processing of the order and transmission of all information required in connection with the conclusion of the contract is carried out by e-mail in some cases automatically. Therefore, you must ensure that the e-mail address you have provided to us is correct, that the receipt of emails is technically ensured, and in particular is not prevented by spam filters.

§ 3 Special Agreements on Offered Payment Methods

(1) Payment via Klarna We work in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. The payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Invoice: Payment term is 30 days from the shipment of the goods. Full terms are available for Germany and Austria.

  • Instalment purchase: Pay in fixed or flexible monthly instalments. Further terms for Germany and Austria.

  • Sofort: Immediate debit after placing the order.

Use of Klarna services requires a positive credit check. Personal data is transmitted to Klarna for this purpose. Details can be found in Klarna's privacy notice.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title

(1) You may only exercise a right of retention if it concerns claims from the same contractual relationship.

(2) The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§ 5 Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Consumers are requested to check the goods upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier as soon as possible. Failure to do so has no effect on your statutory claims.

(3) If a feature of the goods deviates from the objective requirements, this deviation is only deemed agreed if you were informed of it before submitting the contractual declaration and the deviation was expressly and separately agreed.

§ 6 Choice of Law

(1) German law shall apply. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of habitual residence.

(2) The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) do not apply.

3.2 We do not store the complete contract text. You can print or save the contract data before submitting your order. After ordering, the data and legal information will be sent to you again via email.
